PLACING ORDERS: We are in the process of getting some of our most popular items up on Etsy. If you are wanting to order something you've seen on the page before check Etsy first and if you don't see it, send us a message!
If you want to place a custom order, it is best to do so in a private message with this page (or Leia/Michael if that's easier for you) because sometimes comments on photos get lost in the shuffle.
PAYMENT: Recently we implemented a "pre-pay" system due to items never being picked up/paid for. This is similar to buying any other item online, you pay when you order. We love how trusting you are of us but DO NOT SEND US (or anyone for that matter) your credit card information. All we will ever need from you is an email address where we can send an invoice and you can pay securely online. Orders will NOT be started until the invoice is paid. This also means that if your order requires us to order something, we WILL NOT order until payment is made. Take this into consideration as it could affect your order, especially if it is a rush order.
TURNAROUND TIME: Our current turnaround time is 2 weeks. Some items can be completed faster and we can occasionally accommodate rush orders. We will discuss this with you when your order is placed.

LOCAL DELIVERY/PICKUP: We do pickups in Temple at HEB on 31st & in Belton at Wal-Mart. Occasionally if there are special circumstances we will let you pick your location but we almost always let you pick your time. We will message you the morning of pickup to confirm your time for that day.
If you are ordering on Etsy and you want local pickup please use code FREESHIP16 at checkout to discount the shipping fee. Please message us if you ordered on Etsy and used the Free Shipping code so that we can decide on a pickup time.
***If we do not hear from you at least 1 hour prior to confirm your time, we will assume you are not going to be there and so we will not be there. Also, if you are going to run late, please let us know. We have kids and personal lives too and WE UNDERSTAND things come up & sometimes you just cant get out the door when you need to. We will only wait 15 min past your scheduled pickup time if you don't let us know. We are also implementing a new pickup policy.... if you No Show an agreed pickup we will charge $2 to meet you another time. This is to cover our gas for having to make 2 special trips to meet you. This doesn't include being late!!!! This just means you confirmed the time and location the day of and then never show up without letting us know. Additionally if WE ever have to cancel your pickup time w/in 2 hours of the original scheduled time we will give you a $2 discount!
SHIPPING: Yes, we ship! We have a postal scale in house and will be able to give you a shipping estimate at the time of order. Most of the time your order will go out first class (2-5 business days) as this is the cheapest option. Occasionally larger items and multiple item orders have to go flat rate & we can accommodate faster shipping methods should you need them!
P.S. have you ever mailed gifts to friends and family that aren't local? You run around trying to find the perfect gift & stand in line at the PO trying to get everything shipped off. Why not let us take care of it for you. We can create a customized gift and ship it to them for you! We can even gift wrap and throw in a card with a personalized message from you!
