Our menu is as diverse as it is long, celebrating both exquisite seafood flavors as the signature Hog Snapper and those from afar like the Argentinean Churrasco and the Paella. Executive Chef Arthur Rivaldo brings a powerful mix with his native Colombian cuisine, fused with his training at the French Culinary Institute, and further enhanced by sushi dishes that lack little creativity. You'll want to try the Tequesta Roll if you are in a sushi mood. All in all, there is something here for everyone, but the love shines through each dish! And of course, you'll hope to save room for dessert as Rivaldo bakes all of his pies homemade, with a few accents to the dessert menu like Chocolate Lava Cake and Churros.
