Built in 2000, the home is completed substantially in wood to harmonize with nature, and yet has every luxury fitting inluding a state of the art entertainment system.

The home is surrounded by a lush tropical garden of rare orchids, aromatic shrubs, palm and fruit trees designed by horticulturist Brian Leivens.
The grounds include three waterfalls, a fully equiped open air gym and kayaks. A 70 foot free-form lava pool, complete with an infinity edge, flows down to a child’s pool and an extra large ocean facing Jacuzzi. There is even an oceanfront IMU for traditional Hawaiian entertaining.

• Two large master suites with solid Spanish limestone basins(2), floors, and showers. Each suite features a TV/VCR.

All bathroom fittings are Czeche & Speake, imported from England. The property also has two outdoor showers.
The great room is 40ft x 20 ft, with wooden floors and 30ft wooden ceilings. Perimeter walls consist of custom imported 10ft retractable wooden louver doors, opening up to a substantial wooden lanai. Pull them back and be at one with nature.
The kitchen is a gourmets dream, with oversized solid Carrara marble basins and counter tops, and a stainless steel/wood cooks-island with seating for six lucky observers. There is also a 12 foot custom dining table. The top of the line appliances include:
