With this in mind, we created HOLI – a HOLIstic experience for people interested in a new way of living. We discovered that healthy food, juices and elixirs really work. The change is real, and it is life changing. We know because this way of life changed ours.

Every time we serve a dish or a juice blend, we invoke mother nature, ancient healing wisdom and a visit to our local markets for the freshest ingredients. We chose the highest quality ingredients for you to enjoy along from bread and beer to fruit and vegetables from the best quality local farms and artisanal producers.
Our foods and juices not only taste extraordinary, but they work synergistically to heal and enhance your body, mind and spirit.

In 2012, we began changing our way of living, getting rid of heavily processed foods and sugary beverages and we noticed a radical shift in our lives, in all senses. We felt more vitality, a shift in our personality, immunity, appearance, and in our thoughts. The food and juices changed us from the inside out. Food is medicine.

Now our mission is to share this experience and education with as many people as we can.
