Take a 'Holiday' from outside worries and enjoy the peaceful surroundings, friendly neighbors, and affordable living knowing that you're a part of a small caring community. We have lots of fun from clubs and activities at the park to organized travel trips or just friends and neighbors doing things together.

Holiday Homes MHP is an exclusive manufactured housing community for persons age 55 and better. In accordance with Federal Housing Regulations a qualifying homeowner must be at least age 55 and all other residents at least age 40. Exceptions can be made for care-givers and care-takers, so please ask us about these family situations.
