With over 25 years of combined professional experience in the education, nonprofit and wellness sectors, Lenore helps women prepare for pregnancy by balancing and restoring health through therapeutic nutrition and herbal protocols. She teaches her clients how to transition to healthy food choices and make the connection between what they eat and how they feel. A certified yoga instructor, a Certified Permaculture Designer, and classroom teacher, Lenore guides women and couples in the redesign of their dietary and lifestyle practices utilizing a multi-dimensional, holistic approach. She identifies nutrient deficiencies & food sensitivities in order to remove barriers to healthy pregnancies.
