Holistix Fitness

December 2016 Amber Harbaugh created Holistix Fitness after being in the fitness industry for 10 years.

Holistix Fitness is primarily focused on movement for all ages that is safe, fun, and self-limiting to strengthen and condition the body. Its not about pushing yourself to the extremes is about health.

Holistix Fitness also offers personal training to those clients who might need a little more one on one attention. We recommend that a clients who has never trained before start with personal training to help master some of the movements before taking classes.
