A native Georgian, former police instructor and certified flight instructor, Mr. Holloway began his distinguished legal career when he graduated summa cum laude from South Texas College of Law in 1996 where he served on the Law Review and the Varsity Mock Trial team. He went on to serve as an officer and Judge Advocate in the United States Navy. While on active duty, then Lieutenant Holloway graduated with from the Naval Justice School's advanced trial advocacy course and earned certification as trial and defense counsel. Mr. Holloway has also served as Assistant District Attorney, President of the Cobb County Bar Association Criminal Law Section, and has taught in the field of constitutional law as adjunct Professor of Criminal Justice.
