Holy Redeemer High School

Holy Redeemer High School was founded in 2007 after the consolidation of Luzerne County's Catholic high schools. Today, the Royal family combines the best of its founding schools' traditions, values, and programs to offer outstanding academic, athletic, and school programs to students in grades 9 - 12.

Faith and education go hand in hand to provide students with an academically excellent, spiritually sound college prep education. We offer five levels of academic programs: advanced placement (AP), honors, college prep, modified college prep, and Individualized Instruction to offer students of all abilities a challenging and rewarding high school education.

On average, 98% of our students go on to attend a college or university after graduation, and they earn an average of $18,000,000 in scholarships each year. Our students also have SAT scores that are consistently above national averages, and some 95% of our students take the test.

We offer a vibrant athletic program that includes state championship teams, and we provide numerous opportunities for students to excel outside the classroom through clubs and organizations.
