Chama Woydak, CD (DONA)
Chama is a fun-loving, energetic and compassionate mom who has gained birth experience through being a certified childbirth educator for 9 years and 11 years of attending births. Her Doula services facilitate communication and provide perspective with care providers and hospital staff, thus ensuring the client has information needed to make informed decisions prenatally and in labor. Chama’s skill-set also includes suggestions for labor progress, relaxation, massage, positioning, homeopathy and aromatherapy. She offers labor and immediate postpartum photography, breastfeeding support and a postpartum home visit. Chama holds the space for families to bring forth life with dignity and grace.

Jen Chandlee, CD, CCE, RYT-200
Jen was inspired to become a childbirth professional in 1994 after having her first baby. She has worked in many hospitals, birth centers, and homes as a birth and postpartum doula, childbirth & postpsrtum educator, and yoga instructor. Jen’s eclectic background allows her to provide women and their families a broad range of physical, emotional, and educational support offered with an open mind, loving hands, and calm presence. She is certified through ICEA and toLabor, and is currently offering birth and postpartum doula services, childbirth and postpartum classes, consultations/coaching, and private yoga instruction.

Emily Sullivan
Emily has been attending births for four years and practicing massage therapy for six. She also worked for several years at Family to Family, a local medical practice offering holistic maternity care. Bringing her skills in massage and cranio-sacral therapy to her doula practice, she offers compassionate and attuned hands-on care before, during and after labor. Drawing upon a range of comfort measures and tools, she offers comprehensive physical, emotional and educational support. She empowers and works with women birthing at home or at the hospital, naturally or with an epidural, and has attended inductions and cesarean births. It is her greatest joy to offer birth doula services, pregnancy massage and cranio-sacral therapy to women in the Asheville area.
