Homegrown Fitness Studio

Here at Homegrown Fitness Studio, my goal is to create a warm and welcoming environment for you to build the very best version of YOU. As a personal trainer who has worked with many clients in a public gym atmosphere, I have witnessed many of those who would rather be out of the "public eye" and in a more comfortable environment during their most vulnerable times of the day...you know what I'm talking about...the huffing, the puffing, clothes shifting into positions that we'd rather not discuss while sweating from head to toe? Sound familiar? I know the feeling. I wanted to give my clients an atmosphere where all of the above stated could occur...without being looked upon by strangers. I wanted them to feel right at home during their workouts and I did just that when my husband and I decided to remodel our home to accommodate a private training fitness studio. During the design process I was mindful of my clientele's needs as every detail was considered. That means this studio has been customized with YOU in mind. Coming in late October, will be a place you can come to for a great workout without the worry of making a mistake. That's why I'm here, to help you improve and show you that you ARE good enough and that you CAN accomplish those goals and dreams that you have always wanted to, but was too afraid to take the first step on your own.
