Homegrown Yoga with Natalie Sheets

Homegrown Yoga was born from the loving and long lasting relationships that yoga has brought to Natalie Sheets. The women she met and bonded with while teaching prenatal has continued to grow with their children. Hoping to continue to foster this community with more classes and activities for both kids and adults!

Natalie Sheets is a 200hr RYT Prana Vinyasa® and 85 hr registered Prenatal Yoga instructor. Available Classes include prenatal, mommy and me, toddler, preschool, gentle, and all levels yoga and brew.

Natalie is also available for privates and kids birthday parties.
