Trish Englund is a Licensed Broker and REALTOR® with Windermere Real Estate. She's a passionate local home expert, having lived in the region most of her life and a trusted REALTOR® for the Microsoft community, proudly assisting many of their employees with transitioning into the area, first time home buying, and investment property searches.

Trish is an advocate for homeownership. She was elected into a Director position with the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors in 2014 and most recently holds the position of Vice President of Business Practices. She's a State Representative for the Washington REALTORS® and Major Investor for the REALTOR® Political Action Committee, proudly supporting candidates who fight for homeownership rights, fair housing and smart growth.

In 2014, Trish was awarded the "One to Watch" award by the Seattle King County Association of REALTORS®. This award recognizes those who have demonstrated ingenuity, leadership and involvement in the community.

As a Marketing Specialist, Trish’s work is highlighted through media campaigns, blogging, and social media. She is valued for her positive attitude, quick common sense, enduring patience, creativity, attention to detail and stellar communication. Not surprisingly, she's created valuable working relationships with other professionals in the business, including title and escrow companies, vendors, attorneys and lenders.

She holds a Bachelor's of Business degree from Northwest University in Kirkland, and loves spending time near her home in the Pioneer Square neighborhood of Seattle.

Trish is strongly connected to her community through volunteerism. She's a member of the Butterfly Effect, a local woman's group that gives back to local charity, and spends many nights on the streets of Seattle assisting Seattle's Union Gospel Mission with their Search & Rescue efforts. Mary's Place, Attain Housing, The Burned Children Recovery Foundation, and Redeeming Soles are also charities close to her heart. A portion of all her commissions are donated to the Windermere Foundation, which helps fight homelessness and gives aid to low income families.
