Homeschool Express

Homeschool Express is a student centered education designed to meet the specific learning needs of each child. With overcrowded schools and overworked teachers, the opportunity for a student centered education is very limited. As many parents know, one size does not fit all. As an educator with 15 years of public education experience and 4 years of homeschool teaching, I design lessons to meet the learning styles of each student and to help them develop study skills and learning habits that will carry on throughout life. Because crowded classrooms and rushed learning takes place in many schools, Home School Express focuses on mastery. Texas State standards are followed, but the student sets the pace so that learning stays fresh. Homeschooling is a great option for the student who struggles as well as the student who desires a fast pace and challenging learning environment. Parents can choose to use Homeschool Express as a consultation service by checking in weekly for help with organization, teaching strategies and pacing, for part time tutoring with most learning taking place at home or as a full time program with one on one coaching.
