Robin Springfield is the co-owner/baker of Mountainside Market where she brought her much loved Honeybee Bakery in 2015. While Robin is primarily a self-taught baker, she has completed an advanced course at King Arthur Flour in Norwich, Vermont as well as classes at the Cambridge School of Culinary Arts. Robin uses only the freshest ingredients and believes in supporting local agriculture. Robin is now partnered with Katherine Huck at Mountainside Market.
