Cutting capabilities include stainless, carbon, stone, titanium, plastic, aluminum, red metals such as brasses and bronzes, and a wide variety of other materials. Cutting from 0.062" to 4" thick plates.
Our dynamic cutting head provides the straightest edge cut possible using a limited 5 axis capability offset. Customers request tolerances needed, and we will work to help meet their unique requirements.
Tighter tolerance work takes longer to complete. Our machine allows the part to have multiple tolerances on same surface of part, as well as other regions using same set-up. This allows the part to be cut in the most efficient manner, cutting loosely where it will be machined later, but tight tolerance on holes and location/fit regions.
