Hope Family Care Clinic

Our mission is to provide health care to those in need; in some cases, we see patients only once as they may get signed up for HIP 2.0 or some other insurance program. We are only open 12 hours each month, so we do not want to be the permanent primary care providers for our patients. We are primarily a nurse practitioner run clinic, although we welcome any physicians who would like to volunteer.
