Hope Homes is an advocate for people with developmental disabilities and other special needs who may experience difficulty in as self-care, language, mobility, learning, self-direction, independent living or self-sufficiency. Our care plans begin by placing our clients at the center of a resource network so that they can achieve a satisfying way of life.
Our Commitment: Hope Homes has a successful history of working in partnership with the local community, government, and churches to develop and operate high quality programs that promote the participation of people with disabilities in the life of their communities. Partnerships include collaborative efforts, contractual relationships, and affiliations with a wide variety of organizations including the United Church of Christ, Presbyterian Church U.S.A., Federal, State, and County Agencies.
