HOPES services are designed and developed based on the needs of the communities that the agency serves. Our early childhood, youth, adult education, career preparation, senior assistance and community services assist thousands of individuals each year with building their self-confidence, acquiring academic skills, pursuing careers, increasing assets and maintaining self-sufficient lives. In recent years HOPES has expanded its service delivery area to include low income individuals and families throughout Hudson County, the City of Plainfield, and, most recently, Somerset County, New Jersey.
