Hops at The Paddock

First opened in 1948, the Paddock was the first to serve tomato pie, what we know today as Paddock pizza, in the Allentown area. It is a landmark for the citizens of the West End of Allentown. In 2011 Hops bought the Paddock, made major renovations, but kept the famous pizza!
