HopSlice

We started making pizza in 2008 in a mobile wood-burning oven in the driveway and a few friends houses for parties, then opened up our first restaurant in 2009 called Fire Slice Pizzeria. It's been an incredible journey so far and we are excited that Fire Slice has now given birth to a child called HopSlice. It is now our sister restaurant and something we are very excited about.

HopSlice will serve real wood-fired pizza, expertly baked in our imported Italian wood burning oven at dinner along with a unique selection of pub inspired small plates. "Grandma" style square pizza by the slice, wood-fired burgers and sandwiches at lunch. Also, fresh soup and salads, homemade ice cream and delicious desserts will be making their way to the table. Finally, a top notch, rotating selection of craft beer and wine all served up in an urban-chic dining room. Come hang with us!
