Horizon Home

The Horizon Home (HH) is a residence primarily dedicated to giving young adults who have “aged-out” of the foster care system a safe and healthy place to grow into adulthood. We accomplish this by providing Spiritual, Psychological, Social and Structural Empowerment through a variety of programs delivered through a residential setting.
