"Horseshoe Trails Park was established in 1991. This park is a community park with an asphalt trail and mountain bike trail. The park borders Lake Grapevine and is located in a natural wooded setting.

The City of Grapevine has utilized its many resources to develop more than twenty-two (22) miles of hard-surface trails and four (4) miles of soft-surface trails. Grapevine will eventually have approximately 34 miles of trails within its city limits.

The trail system, when complete, will link nine (9) parks totaling over 1,400 acres. The trail system will also link schools, churches, golf courses, Historic Downtown Grapevine and businesses such as Gaylord Texan, the D/FW Lakes Hilton and the Grapevine Mills Mall."
