Dr. Donny Horton, a graduate of Mississippi State College of Veterinary Medicine, has been practicing veterinary medicine in Ripley, MS for 32 years. He and his wife Cindy, also a Mississippi State graduate, have been married since 1980 and have four children. Horton Animal Clinic is located in the Industrial Park across from the Tippah Votech center.

WHY ARE WE DOING THIS?
The economy in America is different than it used to be. There are less jobs available, and those that are available frequently pay lower wages. People on fixed incomes in retirement are being squeezed and young families have a hard time making ends meet. Some families are choosing to live without a pet because of the cost. Because of these factors, Horton Animal Clinic is starting a low-cost spay-neuter program and a low-cost vaccination program. We have reduced our prices across the board in an effort to help families keep their pets, and keep them healthy. These new prices are available to everyone, regardless of income. We are grateful for the many good years we have had in Ripley, and we want to give something back to the community. We hope this helps many families. May God's blessing and peace be upon you all.
