Hot Yoga Houston is Texas’ original hot yoga studio.We opened the first Original Hot Yoga school in Texas in 1995, and we have been offering pure, Original Hot Yoga ever since.

Along with our regular teaching staff, we often have visiting guest teachers who teach at our studios.
