So “Plus What”? Hot Yoga Plus is a community of studios, both heated and non-heated, that is about so much more than the classes, workshops, retreats and teacher trainings we offer. We recognize and embrace that yoga is designed to meet the needs of the individual, no matter the pace or the temperature of the room, and so we offer classes for every need, from Power Flow to Slow Flow to Restorative to Hot 26.
