Hot yoga consists of a series of traditional hatha yoga poses and breathing exercises suitable for all ages and levels of ability. Done in a heated room, our exercises warm your muscles, prevents injury and cleanses the body by flushing toxins. Each posture stretches, strengthens and prepares specific muscles, ligaments and joints needed for the next posture. The method also stimulate organs, glands and nerves by moving fresh, oxygenated blood all over the body. Regular practice assists in illness and injury prevention, promotes weight loss, and limits the effects of aging.
