Houdini Kitchen Laboratory is an on going project born with the aim to satisfy today demand of good food and drinks in an hospitable environment, in a market where in many cases quality is constantly diminishing, where hospitality as lost is original meaning and as been replaced by lack of competence, and commitment to an art form as been used by media to create another financial source.
Our Philosophy, Vision and Mission takes shape in 2008 with the recession and the question pose by that event and historical moment, combine with many years of commitment to the profession, learning and actively observing who we are, where we are, and ultimately maintaining our course set on our goal of satisfy our clients and friends.
