Hound Dog BBQ is family owned and operated. We specialize in small-batch custom orders of Texas style smoked brisket, pork ribs and pork butt. We offer freshly prepared potato salad, baked or borracho beans, and our unique chocolate cobbler for dessert. Serving parties of 10-50, we focus on your party and your tastes. If you have a favorite item you would like, just let us know. We go to great lengths to provide the tastiest version of every dish we serve, delivered to you ready to please. In order to maintain our quality, we respectfully request 72 hours lead time for all orders.
