You decide how much you can spend, and everything you would like to have done. Once agreed upon, Houston Affordable Designs helps you get all your new products and design ideas to you. The genius is, we have to make make our own profits. We use designer discounts and rebates to (hopefully) make a little profit-- but otherwise the customer sees no extra costs. Houston Affordable Designs takes on all the costs.
What if you had time to scour the world over for the perfect piece in the perfect price range? That is what we are here for. Its how we are able to find amazing and personal pieces to complete a room. In the end-- its research.
After the first consultation, Houston Affordable Designs will pull together a presentation of pieces for you to pick from in your budget. If you need a new dining set, then multiple table options, chair options, and centerpiece options will be sent to you, all with a cohesive them, and all in your budget.
If they aren't exactly what you were looking for, we can go for a second round. It won't stop until you are happy.
Once everything is agreed to, 1/3 of the payment is due so that Houston Affordable Designs can start ordering your pieces. We pay for shipping, handling, taxes, along with the items themselves. We even handle returns or exchanges if necessary.
After everything arrives, help is on the way. Finishing the room off is the most rewarding part, and Houston Affordable Designs definitely wants to be there for it.
