Hudson Gateway Association of Realtors

The Hudson Gateway Association of REALTORS® (HGAR) is a not-for-profit trade association covering over 10,300 real estate professionals doing business in Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, and Orange counties and soon Manhattan!

As of January 2017, HGAR will be merging with the Manhattan Association of Realtors and creating a Manhattan chapter of HGAR.

The Association was founded in 1916 as the Westchester County Board of Realtors, which later became the Westchester Putnam Association of Realtors.

HGAR is comprised of the former Westchester Putnam Association of REALTORS® (WPAR), Rockland County Board of REALTORS® (RCBR) and Orange County Association of REALTORS® (OCAR).

HGAR is the second largest Realtor Association in New York, and one of the largest in the country.

The Association owns and operates the Hudson Gateway Multiple Listing Service serving Bronx, Westchester, Putnam, Rockland, Orange, Dutchess, Ulster and Sullivan Counties.

HGMLS is one of the largest MLS providers in the nation.
