Our apartment homes are beautiful and very spacious! They are not what you would typically expect as our kitchens and bathrooms are exceptionally large. Each home has a walk-in pantry/storage closet, washer and dryer hookups, and central heat and air. You are sure to enjoy the view of our lush landscapes and the Rocky Mountains from the comfort of your home or outside at one of our many BBQ picnic areas. We offer affordable rents, and several adult and youth education courses through the Colorado State University Extension Program. We offer an After School Program, G.E.D. study and testing, Computer Classes, ESL and upcoming Spanish language classes. All of these are here in our 4,300 Sq. Ft. Community Center and are FREE to our residents. You are welcome, as a resident, to host an event or party as well! Our apartment homes are among the most affordable for rent in the Northern Denver Metro area. From Denver, take I-25 to I76 head east. Take the left turnoff onto Hwy 85. Turn right at Hwy 7 and take your first left onto Main Street. Our community is on your left.
