Humble First

First Assembly of God has been serving the Humble and surrounding areas since the early 1900’s. Starting in 1919, as a cottage prayer meeting, we shortly developed into a church that seeks to minister the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Over the past 95 years, the world has grown and changed. Here at Humble First Assembly, we too, are growing and changing, while keeping our message of Jesus Christ the same. We are actively in the process of adding three new buildings to meet the needs of our growing Children’s, Youth, and Spanish ministries.

Today, as before, we are constantly looking for new and better ways to minister to the people of our community and world. With various ministries for children, youth and adults we seek to reach the lost, grow as Christians and continue to serve others. We are so committed to this undertaking, that our mission statement is “Loving and Serving God; Loving and Serving People”
