I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Functional Strength Coach with Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. I hold specialty certifications/qualifications in Pilates, TRX, Barre, Progressing Ballet Technique, Senior Fitness and Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. I enjoy working with those who are retuning to exercise after a period of rest or injury, as well as getting those who have never had fitness goals up, moving and motivated. Currently I am working to add the Functional Movement Screen to my practice to better gauge and enhance the movement ​quality of the clients I work with.

My background in dance has influenced how I train my clients, focusing on body awareness, core strength, breathing, alignment, mindset, movement patterns, and corrective exercise. I can help you bring your Mind and Body into balance with Holistic Lifestyle Coaching. I seek to offer solutions for living a simple, healthy and active life.
