About Dr. B My studio is located in Corona, California. I have a BFA., M.M & DMA in piano with 20+ years of teaching young people to reach their personal best through music. Lessons include developing technique, reading music & learning to play a variety of musical styles which kids love from the great classics to movie, broadway and pop music. Students also learn about composers lives, theory & history of music.

Nationally and state certified instructors of music in Piano. Private lessons for all ages and levels. The weekly lesson length of 30-minute, 45-minute or 60-minutes is based on age, level & family needs.
Lessons encompass repertoire, technique and music theory geared to each level with exploration, fun & challenge. Curriculum is based on the individual student and their unique needs. Students with 2+years of study, an acoustic piano is required. A typical lesson includes technique, repertoire, and theory. Specific curriculum is based on the individual student and specific needs.
We tailor our teaching to each individual student.
Our goals includes building all student’s note reading fluency by recognition of intervals and patterns, while developing a solid technique and performance skills.
We motivate students by offering a variety of repertoire they will be enthusiastic about.
We want our to students fully understand what good practice skills are so they can learn quickly & achieve their personal best.
We believe students can play with confidence if they practice between lessons.
We encourage performing often. Recitals are celebrations & the more a student performs, the better they become at it.

Tuition: We have streamlined tuition according to the school year with 40 classes for the school term, September -June. Yearly class fees are divided into equal monthly amounts. Tuition is priced as a package which includes 1. private weekly time with instructor. 2. bonus group lessons & repertoire classes. 3. pre-recital workshops & recitals. 4. studio administration. Your tuition reserves your child’s weekly lesson and benefits within the studio. Nonrefundable, no tuition deductions, no credits. Tuition payment due at 1st lesson of each month.

Monthly Tuition payments are fixed for entire school term, August. 8th, - June 27th, exact dates change slightly each school year.
We do not prorate tuition for holidays or vacations. Term doesn’t include closures.
Monthly tuition installment due at 1st lesson each month & remains the same regardless of attendance. No deductions.
No charge for weeks studio is closed.
No charge for 5th week piano class days
No discount for months with less than 4 piano days.
We never deduct the cost of a missed lesson.
Online lesson- available if u r sick enough to stay home.
Lesson Exchange: When mutually convenient, please swap lesson times with another student in case of illness, vacation, etc... Please inform your instructor in advance of any changes. Should 2 people arrive at once, we will teach the one whose lesson is normally at that time. Please inform us if you do not wish to have your name included.

Summer term- minimum of 4 lessons required to retain space in studio schedule
Summer term- pay per the lessons you schedule, no makeups.

Makeups: A group makeup class will be scheduled thru the year. These serve as "make-ups" for those unavoidable occasions when a student must miss a lesson.

The studio offers a variety of voluntary musical activities which provide additional goals and exams reflecting national standards.
Studio recitals & workshops - Fall & Spring. Participation in workshop required to be in the recital.
CM- Certificate of Merit program available * Level is determined by instructor.
National Piano Guild Performance Exams - spring * Level determined by instructor.
Local & regional competitions* *All audition fees are separate from tuition. nonrefundable.
