Welcome! At Hummock Pond Farm we specialize in healthy plants! Our farm field produces delicious crops grown with organic methods, and our nursery tables offer loads of easy-care flowers, succulents, and many vegetable starts ready to plant in the ground. We sell plants we know about, because we have over 15 years of combined experience gardening organically on Nantucket. We offer garden design and maintenance services through Nantucket Grass Roots Garden, Inc., our in-house organic gardening company, and we use composts and compost tea products to keep our plants happy and healthy!
