We take care of your venison packing hassle for you. We offer SKINNING. We specailize in smoked SUMMER SAUSAGE, JERKY SNACK STICKS, HOT DOGS, COUNTRY SAUSAGE, GROUND BURGER, VACUUM PACKING WHOLE MUSCLE CUTS. All of our products are MSG free.

We charge by the pound finished weight, the meat you bring is the meat you get back. Prices are as follows: Burger $1.15 lb, Cube steak any cuts $1.35lb, Country Sausage $1.55 lb,

Smoked products: Jerky sticks $3/pack, Summer Sausage $3.50 lb, Hot Dogs $3.80 lb

Services are seasonal, we DO process during BOW and MUZZLE loader seasons

full business hours start begenning of Rifel season (NC), end the last day of the 1st full week in January. WE DO PROCESS DURING BOW AND BLACK POWDER SEASONS, however our daily hours are not as long as rifel season, call if you need to come by later than 2 pm
