Hurt Ends And Development Starts

Hurt Ends and Development Starts is a non-profit. Our mission is to Strengthen communities by strengthening individuals. We do this through multifaceted approach. On an individual basis we work with individuals strengthening their understanding and use of emotional intelligence.

On a larger scale we create social programs that strengthen communities through social learning techniques and workshops. Our approach to helping educators and social service agencies is different than most. We create and build programs that fit the needs of the agency we are serving as we believe the best programs are built around those they are meant to serve.

We have worked with Children's Hospital, the Urban League, and Cleveland public schools to mention a few entities. These collaborative efforts have included creating programs, panels against bullying, and educating of staff using the "You Approach".

Through collaborative efforts we are able to pass on our knowledge of human behaviors and therapeutic approach to create stronger communities.
