Hybrid Fitness is a highly specialized fitness studio built to bridge a gap between high cost specialized gyms and low cost "big box" gyms.
The idea for Hybrid Fitness grew from a communicated desire for the weight lifting and student athlete community to have a gym that would allow them to reach their goals in an environment suited to their needs.
At Hybrid, members can choose to train on their own, utilizing our on-site trainers as needed or they can choose to work with one of our certified personal trainers for a completely customized plan aligned to meet their fitness goals.
