HYBRID OVERVIEW

Everyone’s path at HYBRID STRENGTH CLUB will be slightly different depending on his or her current fitness capacity, goals and preferences. We offer group classes, individualized coaching and education, and one-on-one coaching.
All of our group class memberships entitle you to unlimited access to our group classes, including our weekly Open Hybrid Saturdays which is when we open our doors to allow new folks to come and play with us. The Saturday workouts are typically geared toward metabolic conditioning and FUN. This is the day you can bring a friend to workout. (All new participants will need to make an appointment at least 24 hours in advance.)

GROUP CLASSES
Our most successful clients have utilized a combination of individualized coaching and program design to fine tune their mechanics, address specific deficiencies and/or attain unique performance goals with the spirit, community and camaraderie that naturally develops in our Group Coaching sessions.
Group classes are offered Monday through Friday in the morning, noon, and evening and Saturday mornings. Completion of our Fundamentals Program or One on One training is a pre-requisite for joining any our group classes. Members pay a monthly membership fee and may attend group class sessions that fit within their schedule.

Class Descriptions
Level 1 - These are traditional Cross Training classes that include a skill-based warm-up, skill or strength training, and mobility work. The workouts typically contain a variety of strength training, cross training, Olympic Lifting, power lifting, gymnastics, strongman, and metabolic conditioning. The workouts can always be scaled so that new athletes can workout alongside veteran athletes. On some days, the workout will be a 10-20 minute metabolic conditioning workout that combines several movements or exercises that are grouped into sets and either completed for time or in as many rounds a possible (“AMRAP”). On other days, the class will focus on a strength piece (like a 1 rep max deadlift) followed by a shorter metabolic conditioning “finisher” workout. We encourage all Level 1 athletes to record their workout times/scores and track their progress.
