Combat Fighting
This is a mix of stand up techniques, takedowns and ground protection. This is a safe curriculum created by top UFC coaches. This prepares students for the best self protection skills without hurting each other. We do not use a knockout style of fighting like the UFC. Students learn Pro Level techniques, Pro drills and Pro Training methods to be an incredible fight athlete.
