Who We Are:
Iceland is a rolled ice cream establishment based in Philadelphia which opened its doors in May of 2016. With tremendous success, we are opening another location in Las Vegas, Nevada. Here at Ice Land, we strive to revolutionize the ice cream making process and serve the freshest and healthiest ice cream. Unlike the traditional “premade & kept in a freezer” ice cream, ours is made to order, right in front of your eyes.

How it is Made:
Unlike how traditional ice cream is made, we make our ice cream using cold plate technology. When the surface temperature of the plate drops below -35 ° degrees, liquid ice cream is crystalized, creating the purest and healthiest ice cream. Our ice cream is made with fresh and natural ingredients with no added stabilizers or preservatives, for a quality taste you can trust.
