Icing On Top

It first started out, I would create cakes for my daughters birthdays as the supermarket cakes were just not cutting it. A year and a half ago my daughter suggested I take a cake decorating class and I thoroughly enjoyed it and was officially hooked! I practiced by making cakes for family and friends constantly trying new recipes and ideas to find the perfect combinations for each event. Then I started receiving requests from others. I continually strive to make each creation better than the last and strive
for total perfection not only for the appearance but taste also.
