Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

IDHW is designed to help families in crisis situations, giving a hand to vulnerable children and adults who cannot solve their problems alone. Our programs are integrated to provide the basics of food, health care, job training, and cash assistance to get families back on their feet and become self-reliant members of Idaho communities. Staff in all our divisions depend on one another to do their jobs in helping families solve their problems so we can build a healthier Idaho.
