POLITICAL LEADERSHIP TRAINING

Research shows that women make government more transparent, inclusive and accessible. We bring different priorities and experiences to public life, including perspectives that have been largely absent in public policymaking. We are motivated to share why women should be in politics and the benefits of running for office; election laws and campaign finance. What are the first steps in running for office in your school, community and state?

The curriculum will cover fundraising, positioning oneself for elected office, navigating the political party structure, media
training, the nuts and bolts of organizing a campaign, fundraising, mobilizing voters, and crafting a message. Our goal is to expand the community of women considering public service as a leadership path and provide you with the tools to set you on a path to success.

BUSINESS/CORPORATE LEADERSHIP TRAINING

This forum will share strategies for success, as well as build a network of peers with whom you can share resources, problem solve and find solutions to common issues. You will network with others who have achieved professional success, and have lead innovative and successful enterprises, hold top leadership positions across multiple industries, help you make meaningful connections and create new opportunities.

It is always good to listen to those who came before and cleared the path. We will help future leaders wanting to hone in on their strengths, and find ways to recognize and enhance their leadership style with men and women who have made a difference!
