IIGS is a non-profit organization that's run by volunteers around the world. No positions or titles are issued to any volunteer except that of counselor or sewadaars or sewadaarnis and every camper is encouraged to go back into their local communities and get involved. IIGS strongly believes that each Sikh men and women should get the highest of education and excel in any field that they so desire and represent the Khalsa panth through their positive actions. Today, around the world, one can find IIGS campers in top positions, lawyers, doctors, business people, CEOs, Presidents and on top great philantherapists.
