ILoveSpectra

iLoveSpectra (Stage alias for Tanner McMullen, Atlanta Georgia) combines articulated classical analog composition with digital and midi production to create a unique landscape of sound lying between electronic dance music and pop rock. Primarily focusing on instrumental music, iLoveSpectra utilizes various ad hoc studio elements and playing styles, as well as a variety of avant garde recording techniques. iLoveSpectra has been off the stage since 2012, but has been busy in the studio releasing seven compilation albums in 2015, as well as the most well received, 'If You Want To,' a full length album released in January of 2017. With influences from David Bowie and Architecture in Helsinki, to Com Truise and Sound Tribe Sector 9, even occasionally utilizing video-game sounds and styles, iLoveSpectra covers a broad range of genres, rarely adhering to one for the duration of an album.
