Ilya Torchinsky, P.A.

Ilya Torchinsky, P.A. represents people in cases involving injury, death, loss and damage in both state and federal cases through the State of Florida. We represent English, Russian, Spanish, and Creole speaking clients throughout Florida.

Mr. Torchinsky was the Editor-in-Chief of ILSA Journal of International and Comparative Law. He contributed to several law review articles and also authored an article in the University of Miami Business Law Review titled “Explaining ‘Explained Decisions’: NASD's Proposal for Written Explanations in Arbitration Awards” (16 U. Miami Bus. L. Rev. 23) (co-authored with Marilyn Cane).
