Imagine Kissimmee Charter Academy

Kissimmee Charter Academy is a charter school located in Osceola County in Central Florida. The school services students from Kindergarten through Eighth grade. Enrollment for this upcoming year will be 750 K-8 students.

Kissimmee Charter Academy is one campus of the Imagine School’s family. Our mission is to help parents and guardians educate their children by creating communities of achievement and hope. We apply “Joy At Work”, a unique organizational and operational structure that puts teachers and school leaders in charge of the decisions affecting the schools and students we serve.

Our work is guided by three shared values: integrity, justice, and fun. Integrity requires we live consistently and balance the needs and desires of all our stakeholders in our school. Justice means we strive to treat each person uniquely and appropriately. Fun describes our efforts to create joy-filled schools where people are able to use their talents to help make decisions, take action, and be held accountable for the results.

Imagine at Kissimmee Charter Academy is committed to accountability and continual improvement. Our Measures of Excellence are the yardsticks we use to evaluate our effectiveness in six equally important areas of school quality: parent choice and satisfaction, academic achievement, adherence to shared values, school improvement, economic sustainability, and positive character development.
