Immaculate Conception Church Choir

The Immaculate Conception Church Choir is a volunteer choir of amateur musicians who sing for one of the largest Catholic churches in the Midwest that uses the pre-Vatican II liturgy. For over 30 years, the choir has sung sacred music within the context of the traditional Mass and liturgy. The focus of its repertory is Gregorian chant and Renaissance polyphony. The choir has been featured twice on television broadcasts of Christmas Midnight Mass, has released one CD, and currently has another in production.

The choir is under the direction of Travis N. Yeager. Mr. Yeager studied choral conducting under Joseph Flummerfelt at Westminster Choir College where he received his M.M. in Sacred Music and Music Education. He is currently a Ph.D candidate in Musicology at Indiana University where his research focuses on medieval chant and chant theory.
